Since signing an MOU with Dubai Police in 2019, The University of Manchester has been an affiliate Silver Partner of the force’s ESAAD loyalty programme and supporting its members - staff of Dubai Police and their family members. This university of Dubai is currently offering a 20 percent discount on tuition fees for the two-year part-time MBA programme, to all members of ESAAD.
The ‘Esaad’ Card was launched on March 13, 2017, as a unique humanitarian community quality initiative, unique in its offerings, distinctive in its discounts, covering all sectors that cover the basic and desirable aspects of the cardholders' lives. Thus, the initiative contributes to financial savings; in education, in health, in housing, in food catering, in restaurants, in amusement parks; in hotels, tourism, and travel; in shopping malls, and in everything that pertains to the family’s needs.

This MOU forms part of the Strategic Talent Management agreement between the University and Dubai Police through which the two organisations are cooperating on higher and professional education opportunities, in addition to other opportunities for collaboration such as research, practice management, and with all the benefits of networking across members of both the two communities.
The partnership also offers mutual benefits to members, including promotional support, professional networking and special access to the university’s business education programmes and the comprehensive
ESAAD is a loyalty programme that offers exclusive privileges, discounts and promotions to its members including around 30,000 members of Dubai Police, plus other staff (as many as 300,000) at Dubai and UAE government entities, who are predominantly UAE nationals.
ESAAD aims to enhance the quality of life and engagement for employees of Dubai Police and their families, and other government departments. The ‘ESAAD’ loyalty card offers exclusive discounts and promotions for employees across services such as education, consulting, hospitality, retail, and real estate. The affiliation program offers exclusive offers, discounts and benefits to strengthen institutional loyalty and improve the quality of life for members for their service and loyalty to their institutions and government departments.
