Digital leaders guide their organisations in how to fuel intuition and business sense with insights coming from available data as well as analytics. This requires not only organisational changes, adjusting processes & governance and implementing tooling. A mind shift is needed more than ever – any decision should be a data-driven decision.
In this webinar the results of July 2020 research project on data-driven leadership will be shared. This research was conducted with C-level information technology leaders (e.g. Chief Digital Officers, Chief Information Officers and Chief Information Officers) of large corporate organizations and public organizations (N=+100). This research was conducted in close cooperation with Informatica.
About Prof Erik Beulen
Erik is a full professor at Tilburg University and the Academic Director for the executive MSc Information Management and core faculty for the executive MSc IT-audit at TIAS School for Business and Society at Tilburg University – the Netherlands. He lectures Disruptive Technologies for MBA students at Alliance Manchester Business School (MBS), The University of Manchester.
Furthermore, Erik has 25 years of international industry @ Accenture and Atos and consulting experience @ Alvarez & Marsal Boston Consulting Group and KPMG. Led global contracting engagements and have advised CXOs in developing and implementing their global (technology) strategy. Let engagements for global corporate clients and that uses global delivery centers in China, India, Brazil and the US. His consulting engagements include digital transformations, benchmarks and audits.
He is the chairman of XBRL the Netherlands and is also board member of Sourcing Nederland.
