Beyond the Black Swan: A follow up session with Malcolm Smith
The challenges faced during the crisis have forced many sectors to make changes which should have happened years ago! Not least the NHS, which will emerge from this a different organisation, and arguably much more fit for purpose.
The pace of change is electric, and businesses wishing to succeed in the new normal need to plan for it now. Not only plan, but persuade stakeholders to see things in a new way also. How about revenue-based rents for example?
This masterclass looks at how to prepare and persuade in the aftermath of the black swan.
