Most people in business today have no experience of high levels of inflation: we have all grown so used to very low inflation and interest rates that we thought that was the norm! It certainly is not.
At points of inflexion, it is important to look at how the paradigm shifts which are part of these periods of change affect how we do business. Add into the mix a European war, and dysfunctional supply chains, and it is imperative to consider new ways to do business. Hopefully, having lived through several of these extraordinary periods, I can throw some light on how to modify behaviours rooted in a now defunct reality.
