The University of Manchester - Dubai hosted an online masterclass, Educational Leadership in Turbulent Times: Re-examining Core Values, led by Dr Bee Hughes, Deputy Director of Educational Leadership in Practice.

The session explored how core values such as equity, trust, care, and inclusion influence leadership decisions during periods of uncertainty and change.
