Equity and Merit tenth anniversary

Creativity and Innovation Essentials

Introducing and inspiring creativity in a business setting is not easy. From large multinational corporations and governments to lean start-ups, all organisations need to improve, adapt to changes and exploit new opportunities.

Creativity and Innovation Essentials will help you build a culture where creativity thrives. The two-day programme blends best practice from entrepreneurial start-ups and large-scale corporates. We’ll supply you with practical tools and strategies to use as an individual, for your team and your organisation. You’ll also work on a live innovation project to take you from spotting opportunities to idea generation to making it happen.

Before each programme, all participants will have access to a programme website, where you will be able to review pre-work intended
to help you get the most from each session.

You will also be introduced to the Osterwalder’s Business Model Canvas which is the framework used on your live innovation project.

All participants will be asked to share a pen portrait to the programme website. This means the programme team will have a full picture of the make-up of the group, enabling us to work out the best learning trios for your conversations on the programme.
